Lighthouse Navy's primary objective is to "Make A Difference" in the lives of children who suffer with life-threatening illnesses. Funding occurs through private and corporate WishCruise sponsorships and fundraising events.
Beginning in 2009, Lighthouse Navy seeks to host and televise an annual
"For Spy's Only" celebrity poker challenge from which the anticipated revenue will pay for the entire year's operating/administrative expenses ... make possible at least 210 WishCruise experiences ... allow hospice and children's hospital placement of 1,260+ SmileBox computers ... and permit twelve "at risk" teens to benefit from a year-round career pathway education obtained at the Lighthouse Navy Explorer "Seal Academy" ...
Funds from this inaugural event will also allow Lighthouse Navy to have it's own "Adventure Galleon" flagship ... the "tool" with which future year's self-help funding will become possible!
